a) Your holiday contract is formed with Open My Trip by EzyAdz India, which is registered in India, and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
b) All communications from the Company regarding your vacation will be addressed to the address specified on the booking form.
c) All reservations must be made through an authorized Company agent or on Portal. The Company booking form must be completed and submitted at the time of booking, together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
d) The Company's receipt of the deposit and booking form does not guarantee or imply confirmation of the booking. No reservation shall be considered confirmed until the Company issues a written notice.
